Good questions deserve more than a quick answer.
Perhaps you’re trying to make sense of conflicting nutrition advice. Perhaps your athletes keep asking a question you’d like to answer with greater confidence. Or you simply enjoy understanding the science a little better.
These are the conversations I love having.
As an Associate Professor and Sports Dietitian, I bring research and experience from working with athletes into my teaching. We explore what the evidence tells us, where questions remain and what it means in practice. There’s room to ask, discuss and work through examples together.
My hope is that you leave feeling more informed, more confident and curious to keep learning.

Talks & Workshops for Your Team
Every group brings different experiences and questions. Tell me about yours, and we’ll shape a session around what would be useful to them. Expect thoughtful discussion, practical examples and science that connects with their everyday challenges.

Online Courses & Live Webinars
Take time to explore the nutrition questions that interest you, wherever you are. I’ll guide you through the research and its practical implications, with clear explanations and examples that help the learning stay with you.

ISAK Level 1 Courses
Learn to take body measurements with care, accuracy and confidence. As an ISAK Level 3 anthropometrist and instructor, I’ll guide you through hands-on practice, offer individual feedback and help you understand the detail behind reliable measurements.
FOR TEAMS AND ORGANISATIONS
Trainings that carry knowledge onto the field
The value of knowledge shows when it makes a difference in real life.
My doctoral work and the academic research I’ve carried out for years have given me a strong scientific foundation. My job is to strip that depth of dry theory and turn it into strategies that genuinely work on the field and in daily life.
From universities to sports clubs, from corporate companies to teams… I shape every training around the participants’ real questions, needs and goals. So what you get is not a one-way presentation, but a lively session where questions are asked, examples are discussed together and what is learned can be applied the next day.
Online or in person • Tailored to youth, recreational, elite and mixed groups
