ONE-TO-ONE NUTRITION SUPPORT
Let’s make nutrition work for you.
You might be training for something that matters to you, trying to understand an unsettled gut, or simply wishing food felt a little less complicated. Whatever has brought you here, I’d love to hear about it.
We’ll take time to understand what you’re experiencing, what you want to achieve and what has been getting in the way. Your health history, relevant blood results, training and eating habits all help us build that picture. So do your favourite foods, busy weeks and the things you’re not willing to give up.
From there, we’ll work out what needs attention and how to approach it. You’ll have clear guidance, an understanding of why it matters and support as you put it into practice. There’s room to ask questions, try things out and be honest when something isn’t working.

Perhaps this sounds familiar?
You’re putting effort into your health or training, but you’re still unsure whether your nutrition is helping. Or you’ve followed plenty of advice already, only to find yourself back at the same questions.
We could work well together if:
✓ You want to fuel your training well, recover better and feel more confident about what your body needs.
✓ Digestive symptoms keep interfering with meals, everyday comfort or exercise.
✓ You’d like someone to look carefully at your eating habits alongside your health history and relevant blood results.
✓ You’re tired of starting another diet and wondering how long you’ll manage to keep it up.
✓ You want food to take up less headspace, while still caring about your health and the goals that matter to you.
You don’t need a perfectly kept food diary or a clear explanation of everything before we meet. Start with what you’ve noticed. We’ll explore it together.
Where shall we start?
Some questions need a focused conversation. Others benefit from time, follow-up and a chance to adjust things as you go.
Below, you’ll find ongoing nutrition support, a detailed assessment and follow-up appointments. If you’re unsure which would suit you, we can talk it through on a discovery call..
To move forward together, step by step

Follow-Up Consultation
30 minutes · €50
For clients we’ve worked with before.
Perhaps your training has changed, new blood results need reviewing or your usual routine no longer fits. Or you’d simply like to talk through how things are going.
We’ll review what’s working, address any difficulties and update your nutrition guidance where needed.

- A review of your progress and current priorities
- Discussion of changes in your health, training or everyday life
- Updates to your existing plan and nutrition strategies
RACE NUTRITION SUPPORT
You’ve put in the training. Let’s plan the fuelling.
Marathon, trail, triathlon, cycling or HYROX. Whatever’s on your calendar, you’ve invested time and effort in getting ready. Your nutrition deserves that same attention.
Together, we’ll develop a fuelling and hydration strategy around your event, expected race duration, training and previous experiences. We’ll work out what to eat and drink, when to take it and which products suit you, with opportunities to practise and adjust before race day.
If you’ve struggled with stomach problems, run out of energy or felt unsure how much fuel you need, we’ll give those questions the attention they deserve.
1–10 weeks · Packages from €100
What does race nutrition support include?
- Carbohydrate targets and a practical fuelling schedule
- Fluid and electrolyte guidance for the expected conditions
- Pre-race meals and carbohydrate loading, where appropriate
- Choosing and testing gels, drinks and other race foods
- Gut training and adjustments based on your tolerance
- Caffeine guidance, if appropriate for you
- Post-race nutrition to support recovery
Sometimes what you need isn’t a long programme, but the right conversation.
Maybe you have just one question in mind. Maybe you’ve been going round in circles for a while and don’t know where to start. At times like these, instead of trying to change everything at once, we can focus together on whatever you really need that day.
Eating Behaviour & Sustainable Change
60 minutes · €100
You set yourself new rules, try to stick to them, then find yourself eating in ways you hadn’t intended. Afterwards come the guilt, frustration or the promise to start again tomorrow. Or perhaps food simply takes up more of your thoughts than you’d like.
In this consultation, we’ll explore what keeps these patterns going, including your eating routine, thoughts about food and the situations you find difficult. There’s space to talk openly about what you’re experiencing, even if you’re not quite sure how to explain it.
Together, we’ll identify where to begin and agree on practical changes you can work towards. That might mean building a more regular eating pattern, reconsidering restrictive food rules or understanding what happens around moments when eating feels out of control.
Nutrition Advice & Strategy
60 minutes · €100
You’ve read the advice, listened to the podcasts and perhaps tried a few things already. But you’re still wondering what makes sense for your body, your training or your health.
Whether your questions concern sports nutrition, gut health, supplements or everyday eating, this session gives us time to explore them properly. Bring the questions, products or advice you’d like to discuss.
We’ll look at the evidence, consider your circumstances and work out what’s worth putting into practice. I’ll explain the reasoning behind my recommendations so you understand how to use them.
You’ll leave with: clear answers to the questions we’ve explored, personal recommendations and practical next steps.
Body Composition & Anthropometric Assessment
60 minutes ·
Assessment by an ISAK Level 3 Anthropometrist and Instructor
You don’t have to define your body only by your weight or a single body fat percentage. With anthropometric measurements that follow ISAK standards, we assess your current profile and interpret the results alongside your sport, your training and your goals.
ISAK Level 3 competence goes beyond simply taking measurements; it covers locating the measurement sites correctly, controlling technical error, making sure results can be reliably repeated, and tracking change over time accurately. As an ISAK instructor, I assess measurement quality at every stage and, instead of leaving the numbers on their own, explain clearly what they mean for you.
What will you have at the end of the session?
After the session you receive not just a body fat result but a Comprehensive Progress Report explaining your body proportions, girth and skinfold measurements, your anthropometric profile and the points that should be followed over time. That way you don’t only see the numbers; you also understand what they mean for your training and your goals.
Who is it for?
• Amateur and professional athletes who want to track changes in body composition with reliable measurements
• Athletes who want to know their physical profile more closely in line with their performance goals
• Families, coaches and teams who want to add anthropometric data to young athletes’ talent development and sport-specific assessment
• Fitness enthusiasts who want to follow, with scientific data, how their training shows up in their body
Have something else in mind?
Perhaps you’re bringing a team together to learn, planning an event or developing a product. I’d love to hear what you’re working on.
