BRANDS & PROJECTS

Have an idea we could bring to life together?

Perhaps you’re developing a product, planning a study or looking for someone who can make the science understandable to your audience. I’d love to hear what you have in mind.

As an Associate Professor and Sports Dietitian, I bring a researcher’s attention to detail and a practitioner’s understanding of the people behind the project. My work connects nutrition with exercise, health and performance, including the changes we experience throughout life.

I enjoy asking questions, exploring the evidence and working with people who care about getting the details right. Together, we can turn a promising idea into something useful, credible and thoughtfully communicated.

Where could my expertise support your work?

Supplements, Functional Foods & Sports Nutrition Products

What does the evidence support, and what does that mean for your product?

I review formulations, ingredients and dosages, considering their intended use and the people they’re designed for. For products aimed at athletes, this also means looking carefully at safety and supplement-related risks.

Whether you’re developing something new or reviewing an existing range, I can help assess the research behind it and explain its benefits and limitations clearly to your team and customers.

Research & Scientific Projects

A worthwhile research project starts with a question worth asking.

I contribute to study design, data analysis and interpretation, helping teams connect their findings to the question they set out to answer. I can also support the writing and communication of the results.

My research experience includes sports nutrition, exercise metabolism, gut health and energy availability. I’m also interested in collaborations exploring women’s health, healthy ageing and the wider connections between nutrition, movement and lifelong health.

Scientific Content & Educational Materials

You shouldn’t have to choose between scientific depth and writing people want to read.

I develop articles, educational resources and campaign materials that help your audience understand both the findings and why they matter. That might mean explaining a complex topic to customers, creating resources for practitioners or helping your team communicate more confidently.

Every piece is shaped around its audience, with careful attention to accuracy, context and tone.

Talks & Workshops

The best part of a session is often the conversation it starts.

I create talks and workshops around the questions your team or community is asking. Research provides the foundation; practical examples and discussion help people connect it with their own experiences.

Sessions can be delivered online or in person, with the content and level of detail adapted to your audience.

Brand Partnerships & Campaigns

I’m interested in partnerships where I can contribute to the thinking behind the work.

That could mean developing an educational campaign, reviewing its scientific messages or working with your team over time as an adviser. I particularly enjoy collaborations that allow us to build something together and keep improving it.

A good fit matters to me: shared values, open communication and a genuine commitment to the people we’re trying to reach.

A few things I care about

People deserve information they can trust. For me, that means being clear about what the evidence supports, honest about its limitations and thoughtful about how a message might be received.

I choose collaborations that respect people’s health, their choices and their relationship with food. There’s no place in my work for fear-based messaging or promises the science cannot support.

If that sounds like your approach too, tell me a little about your project. You don’t need a finished brief. A few lines about your idea, your audience and where you’d welcome my input are a good place to start.
